1. Commitment to Privacy & Australian Privacy Principles

Revuhere ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by RokoAutomations, is committed to protecting the privacy of our business clients ("Merchants") and their end-user patrons ("Diners"). We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable international data protection standards.

2. Information We Collect

A. Merchant Account Information

When restaurant owners register, we collect business name, owner first and last name, email address, contact phone number, and account credentials.

B. Diner Experience & Feedback Data

When patrons scan a table QR code, we collect rating score, feedback notes (if voluntarily provided), timestamp, and table or venue identifier. Revuhere does not mandate diner registration or app installation.

C. Technical & Security Telemetry

IP address, browser user-agent, device characteristics, and rate-limiting metrics to prevent spam, fraudulent interactions, and abuse.

3. How We Use Collected Data

To deliver and operate the tabletop QR feedback and reputation management service.
To notify merchants in real-time regarding customer feedback to resolve issues promptly.
To process recurring subscription payments and prevent billing fraud.
To ensure platform security, verify reCAPTCHA submissions, and enforce rate limits.
To comply with statutory and regulatory obligations under Australian law.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We partner exclusively with trusted, high-security infrastructure providers:

Stripe, Inc. PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor for subscriptions. Credit card data is never stored on Revuhere servers.

Google LLC (reCAPTCHA / GTM) Bot protection and aggregated website traffic analytics.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Merchant account records are maintained while the subscription remains active. Feedback history is stored to provide longitudinal reporting. Merchants may request complete account deletion and purge of historical records at any time by emailing info@revuhere.com.

6. Your Rights (Access & Correction)

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to ask for corrections if any data is inaccurate. We respond to verified data requests within 30 days without cost.
